1. Using Chatter

By using Chatter, you agree to these Terms and to behave respectfully toward other users, businesses and event organisers in our community.

2. Tickets and Orders

Tickets purchased through Chatter are subject to the event organiser's rules, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. You confirm that the buyer details you provide at checkout are accurate.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not resell tickets at inflated prices outside of authorised channels, abuse discount codes, or use the platform to harass or defraud other users.

4. Liability

Chatter facilitates ticketing on behalf of event organisers. We are not liable for the conduct of organisers or attendees, except as required by applicable law.
